For us, our quality programme begins when the potatoes are still in the ground and are about the size of marbles.
It is then that we make frequent visits to our growers to ensure all of our high standards are being maintained. All our growers are participants in the Bord Bia quality programme which means that they are audited throught the season.

When the potatoes are almost ready for packing they are tested for dry matter content and shelflife capacity.
It is during the packing process that our quality team inspect each and every potato to ensure they are free from cuts and blemishes. Each pack is coded to ensure full traceability from farm to fork.
